The hotly anticipated Australia International Dive Show (AIDE) will debut in Sydney at the Royal Hall of Industries in Moore Park from 22 – 23 February.
The event will see major industry players including a range of diving agencies, tourism boards, dive resorts, equipment suppliers and camera specialists come together under the one roof to inspire visitors to explore the waters that make up 71% of planet Earth.
There will also be a panel of experts speaking about the sport, providing valuable tips and also sharing information on new and current marine conservation practices and efforts.
The weekend will not only help visitors gain a better understanding of the sport and learn about exotic locations for their next holiday, but keen divers would also be able to get a taste of the sport at a dedicated scuba pool on-site. At the same time, families with young kids would be kept entertained with underwater films, photography and the arts corner where face and body painting, art classes and other games will be available.
Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for PADI students and free entrance for children under 17. All visitors will receive goody bags and be entered for a chance to win one of two major holiday prizes.
