Do you know a woman who always wanted to scuba dive but never had the chance? Here is her opportunity.
Women Divers Hall of Fame (WDHOF) marks its 20th Anniversary in 2020 with 20 grants to become an Open Water Diver.
To mark the 20th Anniversary of the Women Divers Hall of Fame, they are proud to announce 20 special Open Water training grants. After all, if it were not for an open water qualification in their history, none of the incredible women in WDHOF would be where they are today. This journey has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for many. WDHOF wants to give others the chance.
Beginning April 1, 2020, WDHOF is opening applications for 20 Open Water Certification Grants worth $1000 each; this can be spent solely on training or a combination of training and equipment. Applications are accepted from April 1-May 31, 2020 and will be chosen on or before July 1, 2020.
This grant is open to any and all women of any age who wants to learn to scuba dive.
Applicants can visit www.WDHOF.org to learn more about the grant and how they can apply.
