“Girls that Scuba” is very excited to share their “Girls that Scuba Ambassadorship Program”, with 10 incredible female divers from all over the world, for the first time ever.
These women will work closely with our dive community to foster and represent diversity, positivity and equality for women in diving.
We can’t wait to tell you about their journeys!
The world’s largest female scuba diving community is called “Girls who Scuba”. Their mission is to encourage, educate and introduce more and more women to scuba diving whilst empowering those already addicted among us.
After working on a Liveaboard in Micronesia, Sarah Richard founded “Girls That Scuba”, and was the only female diver on staff. Sarah was a digital nomad, a Divemaster and a travel blogger full time. What started as a way for her to make new female dive friends soon became apparent that she wasn’t the only one on the hunt and with that “Girls that Scuba” became the largest online dive group for women.
“Girls That Scuba” Facebook page consists of nearly 50,000 women scuba divers.
