Canadian cave diver, underwater explorer, researcher, photographer, and filmmaker is Jill Heinerth who has been a veteran of filmmaking, photography, and exploring ventures in underwater caves around the world for over thirty years. She has created TV shows, film consultations, written many books, and is a regular corporate keynote speaker.
Jill is the Royal Canadian Geographical Society’s first Explorer in Residence, the recipient of the coveted Polar Medal of Canada, and a Fellow of the International Hall of Fame for Scuba Divers. Jill received the Sir Christopher Ondaatje Medal for Discovery from the RCGS and the William Beebe Award from the Explorers Club in appreciation of her lifetime achievement.
