Talking to Chris Knight, a professional under and above the water photographer based in Windsor (UK). Although he did study it in college, photography mostly remained a hobby for years. However, through his love of the sea and the animals that live there, Chris increased his skills through his new-found passion for underwater photography.
Mostly working with sharks his underwater images have gained him a lot of recognition. He has been featured on live tv and his pictures have appeared in the media worldwide, won competitions and been published in calendars and articles for many marine conservation organisations.
Currently working as a photographer alongside his main job as a firefighter, when he’s not underwater, he mostly works shooting pets, both in the studio and on location.
