We’re hosting a One Planet Virtual Open Day on Saturday 19 June 2021. Join us online to honour the launch of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration and learn how you can contribute. You’ll learn all about our ecosystem restoration projects and why this type of work is so important today. Some of the topics we will cover include: “Why habitat loss is the biggest threat to wildlife conservation?” and “How coral farming and transplantation help with coral reef health recovery.”
We’ll be joined by experts in the fields of sustainable conservation and ethical community development, as well as staff from two of our brand new bases (Oxapampa, Peru and Cimaronnes, Costa Rica)! Past volunteers will also be sharing their experiences and answering your questions live.
