Ensuring accessible oceans for future generations of divers
While the company intends to encourage underwater exploration by making diving more generally accessible, environmental protection is also at the core of their mission:
“The ocean is the planet’s lungs, generating more than 50 percent of the oxygen essential for all life- and the ocean’s ecosystems are deteriorating at an alarming rate. By enhancing communication and monitoring, as well as boosting safety, our innovative solution will make the underwater exploration easier and accessible to more divers.” says Michel Abaza, Chairman & CEO of Aqualung Group. “This will allow more people to explore and fall in love with this fascinating environment, inspiring a deeper commitment to its protection.”
