You may have noticed some subtle changes over the last few months at The Scuba News. The structure of some areas of the site have changed, the theme of some of our articles has developed to a certain extent, our Facebook pages and Twitter accounts have changed a little bit, and you have probably seen that our number of local contributors has grown somewhat.
This is all part of what we are now proud to fully announce – The launch of several dedicated “Regional Editions” of The Scuba News which has now been several months in the planning.
Operating as much more than local websites, each edition of The Scuba News is Managed and Edited by local divers to ensure that every regional version of The Scuba News caters directly to the needs of local divers.
The first part of Phase One includes:
and over the coming few weeks more “Regional Editions” will become live and operational.
We will be running a series of articles over the next few days to introduce you to our new Team Members but for now, we would like to formally welcome, Kathryn Hodgson (The Scuba News New Zealand), Kathy Dowsett (The Scuba News Canada) and Chantelle Wyatt (The Scuba News UK).
These are all great additions to The Scuba News Family and we look forward to growing our regional magazines together over the coming weeks, months and beyond.
If you would like more information on any of our regional editions or on any aspect of The Scuba News, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Alternatively, if you would like to discuss operation your very own regional edition of The Scuba News we would also love to hear from you!
