Website Sharkyear is reporting that the US Department of Justice has declared that the California Shark Fin Ban is unconstitutional. Now I will be the first to say that I am not a constitutional scholar, mainly because I am English and what knowledge I do have about the US Constitution comes from watching The West Wing.
What I do know is anything that delays a total ban on shark finning can’t be a good thing.
