A fire broke out early this morning aboard the Emperor Seven Seas while it was anchored in Port Ghalib marina, prompting a swift and successful evacuation. Based on local reports, the vessel has become a total loss.
In an official statement, Emperor Divers confirmed that the fire, which erupted in the early hours of March 13th, could not be contained. Thanks to the quick response of the crew and the cooperation of guests onboard, everyone was safely evacuated without injury.

“Emperor Divers is grateful to our dedicated and effective crew, who, together with the guests on board, carried out evacuation measures that ensured everyone could leave the ship unharmed,” the statement read.
The company reassured that all guests and crew are now safely ashore in Port Ghalib, where Emperor Divers’ shore team is providing support. The situation remains under control.
